Start at the beginning of the access road that leads past a weir, to a works yard.
One length of the road and back is 0.8km.
Very good surface and wide. Road used to access a works unit.
Very occasional traffic going to the works yard at the end of the road.
In the town.
A good area to have a work-out. Good for instruction. Pleasant position under the castle and by the river.
